We are currently sourcing an IT Support Partner to join the team of a leading Global Financial company based in Canary Wharf.
This is an ongoing contract role starting asap, with current sign off until the end of June 2019.
Duties will include:
ITAM + PC Scheduling
* Tracking of new hardware received and updating SNOW ITAM database
* Weekly inventory reporting by PC model and availability
* Tracking of anomaly reporting and assignment of PCs to end users
* Scheduling of hardware asset disposals
* Emailing end users daily for upgrade scheduling.
i. Tracking responses in Excel
* Creating SNOW tickets and assigning to PC Techs for completion
* Weekly reporting on completion target of 15 upgrades per Tech
i. Identify gaps on weekly quotas that were missed if applicable
Experience of the following would be beneficial:
* Customer Services Skills
* MS Excel & Word
* Windows 10 project migration experience
* Application deployments using SCCM Software
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills; be comfortable talking to users and suppliers, have a hands on attitude to task as well as being keen to learn a wide rage of IT skills.
