Our client a well known charitable organisation, based in Vauxhall are looking for a new member of staff to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis. The role is to assist and support the Hospice Manager by providing secretarial and administrative support.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Diary Management
  • Assisting with recruitment and HR admin
  • Organising meetings, events and exhibitions
  • Finance admin
  • Coordinate staff training
  • General admin and office management

A varied and fast paced role the candidate will be a graduate or education equivalent. A great opportunity for someone to progress in to their first personal assistant role.
