What would I be doing day to day?

• Inbox and heavy diary management
• Organising complex international travel
• Taking meeting minutes, and following up on actionable items
• Heavy project tracking and management
• Processing CEO's expenses
• Proof reading reports and presentations

What is the company looking for?

You are bright, switch-on PA with superb communication. You have proven previous experience supporting an individual in a fast paced, everchanging environment. You are friendly and confident working alongside a c-level individual. You are proactive and adaptable and asses and manage potential issues before they arise. You have a flawless attentional to detail, have exceptional time management.
