EA for Founder/MD - award-winning skincare brand

She needs someone to rescue her from her hectic life, both professionally and personally - so you need to be prepared to muck in with some private PA work also.  However, the main focus will be business.  We are looking for someone with a good business brain - who understands and can interpret a P&L and can run the MDs office both in conjunction with her and also in her place. 

A background in an entrepreneurial office would be useful as you would understand the need to cover multi-areas of the business and not have blinkers on with what needs to be managed.

You need to have boundless energy, drive, ambition (this company is going places) but also be diplomatic, discreet and a good communicator. 

Your written and verbal skills must be impeccable - grammar!!  But also you must be a strong and resilient character.  A sense of fun and humour is essential!
