This leading Asset Management firm based in the heart of the city is looking to recruit an Assistant to the Recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to make their mark on a role and enjoys a varied a busy role working within a fun and friendly yet fast pace environment.

You  will provided key administrative support to the team, duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Extensive diary management.
  • First point of contact for client queries.
  • Telephone liaison at all levels (internal and external) including taking messages and call screening.
  • Organisation of weekly meetings reminders, agendas, distribution of relevant documentation pre and post-meeting.
  • Travel arrangements flights, hotels, currency and visas.
  • Coordinating new starters from offer letters, induction, contract updates and appraisals
  • Keeping accurate and up to date HR files
  • Invoice processing.
  • Travel and Expenses re-imbursement processing.
  • Creating/editing documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Update information on internal systems, e.g. manager hierarchy system.
  • Order stationery/general office administration.
  • Coordination of new starters in the team and desk/technology issue handling.
  • General assistance to the team as required and provide holiday cover for other admin staff in the team.

The person;

You will be an efficient and effective administrator with a solid CV within the corporate world with exposure to HR and Recruitment. You must have a confident and professional manner and be happy liaising at all levels, you will enjoy a varied role and be happy to take on projects as well as do some of the more mundane administrative duties.
