Executive Assistant - Digital Agency

CALLING ALL SENIOR LEVEL EA'S!

My client, an exciting digital agency, based in Central London, is looking or a top class EA to join their ever-growing team. This role will support the Head of Digital in a full EA capacity. This is a brand new role due to promotion within the business. This role is based in a more professional part of the agency so you will be surrounded by people at senior level and should be able to form relationships in an emotionally intelligent way. The agency is relaxed in environment and puts real emphasis on work/ life balance and mental health and well-being alongside having excellent benefits so is not one to be missed! 

This EA role will support a friendly and passionate Exec with a great sense of humour, who is looking for a right hand person/ partner to help relieve the pressure of taking on a new and much more demanding role. As a true EA, you will have full inbox control, full diary management, all traditional duties as well as travelling with the team on occasion to assist on launch events. This role requires a senior EA who understands the flexibility required at that level (there will be some ooh work when he travels but he is extremely reasonable so will not be expecting on call 24/7).

I am looking for a heavy hitting EA (at least 5 years), used to working in a partnership, who can think for your Exec and add real value. Experience at the top level in a creative or agency environment is essential and you should be intuitive with excellent time management and someone happy to be ‘all hands on deck’ and a team player! This demanding role requires a calm and level headed person with exceptional attention to detail and an ability to make him more time effective.
