A highly reputable business firm based in London are seeking a capable Reprographics Assistant to assist their busy offices on a temporary basis. You will need to operate with the highest accuracy and efficiency throughout all areas of document management. This will be a short-term assignment, lasting approximately 1 week.

Your duties:

• Printing and collating large volumes of documents
• Binding and completion of document bundles
• Maintaining the reprographic stocks
• Changing toner, maintaining print room equipment, resolving issues
• Ad-hoc printing and administration duties when required

You will have full working knowledge of Reprographics within a corporate or legal environment, including a strong technical knowledge of the entire print/binding/finishing process. You must be confident in your ability to operate multi-function print machines and carry out all Reprographic duties with minimal supervision. As you will also be liaising with other Reprographic Assistants and providers, you must have strong communication skills and be a strong team player. As this role requires a keen eye for detail and a fast turnaround, you must have excellent time management skills and a fantastic work ethic.
