Exhibition Manager -- with International Travel

Truly exciting and unique role for a logistics specialist to manage the logistics of travelling high profile luxury exhibition!

The ability to travel internationally is a must!

*Manage, motivate and lead the Travelling Exhibition team to meet business and client
requirements
*Scheduling and managing all logistical and legal elements of travelling Exhibitions
*Ensure that excellent client service is provided at all times.
*Maintaining cost efficiency in line with budgetary requirements
*Identifying and Implementing all necessary security and insurance aspects
*Collaborate with recognised international security companies, on price, service and
duties.
*Ensure that the most competitive prices are obtained from competent shipping agents.
*Ensure that all property has the required export and import licenses.
*Produce ATA Carnets ensuring that the correct amount of bank guarantee is obtained.




*A strong working knowledge of international import/export procedures and licensing
requirements
*Extensive knowledge of Customs import and export regulations
*Have first rate logistical skills with at good knowledge of geography and route
planning
*High level of personal initiative and great attention to detail
*Strong analytical skills and proficient in financial forecasting, budget reviews
*Excellent written and verbal communications skills
*Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
*Ability to work independently or as a team member
*Must be able to give a flexible and decisive response to a wide range of problems
*Previous experience in fine art shipping and logistics
*Must be able to travel to India and the wider MENA region in support of auction
preparation and subsequent delivery
