PA to Founder of Luxury Adventure Travel Company - £30k + bonus

This is an incredibly exciting PA role supporting an exceptionally busy and hectic individual at a firm that is in an exciting period of growth.  This is a unique company that creates bespoke adventures around the globe for HNW clients and they pride themselves in being the best at what they do.  The Founder requires a very talented PA who thrives under pressure as this is a very fast paced and diverse role. A passion for travel is key for this role and an interested in photography would also be incredibly beneficial.  The role is very varied and includes a lot of personal PA tasks and no day is the same. Social media skills are key and duties will include:

• Intensive diary management (constantly changing) 

• Extensive travel arrangements – flights, visas, transfers and vaccinations. Experience and confidence to arrange long haul flights with complex itinerary’s is needed.
• Email management
• Management of 3 properties
• Personal errands eg interior design decisions, assisting with property renovation etc.
• Organising photo exhibition’s and events
• Present selection for HNW clients
• Media management – sorting and arranging photos and videos taken on his travels. Having basic photo editing knowledge would be an advantage. 


KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: 


• 3 years or more in a PA/EA role 

• Passion for photography with experience to support it 

• Computer literate fluency in the use of Outlook and all Microsoft office software. 

• Experience managing accounts and budgets 

• Interest in travel, adventure and luxury.
