Are you looking for a Permanent Part-Time Executive Assistant role?

Can you travel to East London?

£22,000 Pro annum

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who loves creative and design environments to join a PR agency 4 days Per Week. This is a busy right hand EA role, where you will be working very closely with the Company Director supporting them in all things Admin, Marketing and HR related.

Duties will include (but are not limited to)

Supporting the Company Director

In charge of ensuring the office is always stocked with the stationary

Booking meetings

Diary Management

General administrative support as required

On-board new staff - setting up desk spaces, laptops and email accounts

Manage and maintain team holiday/sickness records

Arrange and book team activities - monthly get togethers, summer away days

Set up and manage the blog schedule to ensure blogs get written

Uploaded to the website and share via social media

Manage social channels for the agency and company Director's LinkedIn

Develop and manage the creation of marketing

Create PowerPoint presentations

Identify networking events for team to attend

Outreach to secure speaking engagements for the company Director

Skills required to be considered:

  • Excellent communications skills both written and spoken
  • Highly organised, with excellent co-ordination skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, professional with a 'can do' attitude
  • Creative thinker
  • Accurate, adaptable and Flexible
  • Excellent social media skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
