Our client, a boutique Investment Firm is looking for a vibrant and hands-on Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their ranks.

Your duties will include:

  • General office admin – scanning, filing, ordering supplies, keeping the office tidy
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, liaising with couriers and sorting post
  • Extensive diary/email management
  • Booking travel and accommodation and when required sorting out visas
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Preparing presentations and documents for meetings
  • Handling any incoming calls and correspondence accordingly
  • Ordering office supplies and stationary
  • Provide administrative support

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of MS CRM, MS Excel, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

You will be organised, with exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.

You will be detail oriented, reliable, and proactive, with a high level of proficiency toward multitasking, prioritising and problem solving.

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a professional services industry, degree educated would be an advantage but not essential.
