People and Culture Manager - FTC start ASAP

We have a fantastic role working for an innovative and forward thinking media marketing company based in Central London.  Our client is looking for a CIPD qualified candidate (desirable level 7 and 5 years’ experience) within human resources and running culture and engagement programmes as well as initiatives.  This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and happy to work in a stand alone role.  You will need to be super proactive with a positive attitude and the ability to coach.  This role will also be responsible for the recruitment and resourcing the best talent to join the company.  Understanding of employment laws and rights to work is important.  You will be giving right hand support to Managers on a confidential basis to solve problems with sensitivity and provide advice on employees, benefits and entitlements.  This position is a real lynch pin role within the company where you will be involved in every part of the business and will be responsible to deliver.  Must have previous experience in coming up with innovative ways to promote engaging ideas and solutions.
