An opportunity has arisen to join an incredibly successful financial services firm based in near Bank/St Pauls. The ideal candidate will have the experience and persona to develop and establish themselves as a EA within this organisation and make a success of the role. You will be supporting a key Head of Department in a 1:1 capacity. This is an exciting time to join  this small, but hugely successful growing company.

Duties will include:

  • Full PA support with diary management and organisation
  • Coordinate  meetings with investors and clients, arrange international travel on a weekly basis, set up board room conferences, and provide assistance with research, projects, some bookkeeping  related tasks (prior experience not necessary), answering calls, complex board level report production, HR records, events, records/board papers etc. and IT queries. It really is a varied all-round role and the scope is there to develop and get involved more with the business.
  • The role will be high level, demanding, and changeable - you must have ambition and a desire to exceed your Directors' expectations - having the desire to develop yourself professionally is an essential element to this role.
  • Furthermore, there will be scope to assist with reporting / portfolio administration and you will also be asked to sit in on investor / client meetings.

You will be incredibly proactive and will use your initiative to pre-empt tasks and provide research before being asked. Strong MS office skills are required.  Most importantly, you will have high-level PA support and will be very client-facing. You will be a keen problem solver and will remain composed when dealing with difficult senior clients. They are looking for a self starter and someone who can add real value to the business. Strong diary management skills are essential and you will be able to manage hectic schedules with ever-changing meetings. Ideally you will have finance industry experience but the fit and personality is more important for this role.

Salary/package is between £45,000 and 50,000 depending on experience plus benefits including an excellent pension.
