A hugely successful PR / communications agency have an opening for a Office Administrator to join the team. Based in the heart of London near Tottenham Court Road, you will work very closely with another Office Administrator and between you provide admin support for the office of 25 people.

It will be your responsibility to help manage the day to day running of the offices and to provide support to various team members when required. This may include meeting coordination, travel arrangements, ordering stock/stationery, event organisation, HR support, expenses and keeping records, alongside office management and managing the front of house areas.

There is one other Office Administrator to work closely with and lean on when needed, but you will be the sort of person who can work independently and be relied upon to get tasks completed to a high standard!

Personality wise we are looking for someone confident, motivated, hard working, and articulate with lots of initiative and drive!  Long-term you could either continue in a support role or move internally into something in PR!
