I am so excited to be working with this award–winning, global agency in the search for an amazing Creative Team Assistant. As Team Assistant, you will be working proactively and efficiently in supporting the members of the team with a confident and positive outlook. Day-to-day, you will be dealing with all things support, from heavy admin (POs, expenses, contracts) to traditional PA support to 3 Creatives (diary management, travel arrangements, expenses, timesheets). You will also act as a POC for any new starters to the creative team (meeting and greeting, setting up their computers, paperwork) so being happy to turn your hand to all aspects of admin with a brilliant attitude is absolutely key! 

To be considered for this role, you will have at least 2 years’ experience within a similar Assistant or Administration role from within a creative agency. You will highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. As a person, you will be really positive, able to work proactively and super efficient/ organised! You will have proven experience of supporting in a TA capacity and will love what you do!
