An unmissable opportunity has arisen with our client for an impressive Executive Assistant to join their internationally renowned Management Consultancy Firm based in the West End.

Not just a job, this is a fantastic career opportunity to work for a market leader, which will offer the successful candidate exposure across the business by initially supporting different teams within an EA capacity with the following duties:

  • Complex Diary Management (across time zones)
  • International Travel Bookings
  • Document and Presentation Preparation, Proof Reading, Inbox Management and Correspondence
  • Ad-hoc Project Work
  • Administrative Support (expenses, invoices, maintaining client database)


The successful candidate will offer seamless support evidenced through (a minimum of) 5 years experience within an Executive Assistant position with a strong knowledge of Microsoft packages and excellent written and communication skills to successfully build rapport with senior level members. Candidates will see this as a chance to demonstrate their flexibility, maturity and integrity, where proactive EA’s can explore their ambitions and take on additional responsibilities and evolve their skillset.
