HR Advisor / Internal Recruiter

My client is seeking a HR Advisor / Internal Recruiter for their vibrant, professional and dynamic company! This is an opportunity of working for a global company within the beauty industry. Seeking someone with who is passionate about HR and Recruitment, eager to learn and develop.

Location:

Salary Expectation: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + bonus

Job Description:

• Being the main point of contact for my HR queries or questions
• Running the day to day operations for employee inductions, performance, training, ER and immigration
• Heading up the recruitment process, managing a Recruitment Administrator
• Tracking and monitoring HR KPI's

Skills and personal attributes:

• Strong knowledge of employment lifecycle and recruitment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Personable, hard working and reliable
