A top 50 law firm is seeking a new team member to work closely with the Best Practice Manager to ensure there is delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the firm.
You will have excellent communication skills as you will be working with Partners, Fee Earners and Support! Your duties will include:
- reporting on various process including time recording, file reviews and active matters
- auctioning and implementing reminders from the reports
- collating reports and working with the Best Practice Manager to formulate next steps
- assist with projects to develop and implement the continuous improvement strategy
- monitoring and improving processes across the firm
- assisting with integration of offices to ensure all process are streamlined
You will be involved in lots of different processes so you must be able to where many hats at any one time! As the firm has recently seen huge expansion plans this will be a busy role from day one and you will be integral to the Firms growth in terms of streamlining processes.
