We are recruiting for Guest Relation Managers for a number of luxury five star hotels across Croatia, Greece and Portugal.
This is an incredible opportunity for a Guest Relations Manager to work through the summer from May to September, you will be working in some of Europe’s most desirable locations alongside some of the best professionals in the industry, in what will be a truly unforgettable experience.
As a Guest Relation Manager you will get involved and be passionate about offering a superior guest experience & you will go out of your way to ensure each guest has the perfect holiday.

As Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible;
- Preparing for guest arrival, organising hampers, welcome packs and special request
- Assist guests through the check in process ensuring that they have a positive experience
- Working closely with all FOH teams to communicate across accurate information about the hotel
- Build strong relationships with guest, invite to events in the resort
- Manage all relevant paperwork and guest related administration
- Assist guest with reconfirming transfers, restaurant bookings, all activities
- Attend hotel management meeting to provide feedback back and guest experience, resolving any issues/complaints
