A boutique private equity firm is looking for a proactive EA to join their successful team, providing high-level support to their Partners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:

• Extensive diary management
• Inbox management
• Office Management
• Minute-taking at meetings
• Travel co-ordination
• Expense management
• Ad-hoc administrative duties
• Ad- hoc private support

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have two-three years’ experience in a similar EA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

Essential requirements:

• Solid longevity in roles
• Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
• Proactive nature
• Resilience
• Good use of initiative
• Efficient problem solver
• High attention to detail

 Desired requirements:

• A university degree

Hours: 9am – 6.30
