A fantastic opportunity has come up for an experienced Administrator to work for a high end luxury Interior design firm based on the Essex and Hertfordshire borders.  They are a great firm who have been going for over 15 years with a fantastic reputation both externally with clients and internally with staff who they look after. 

The Administrator duties:

Due to a growth in business they require an experienced Administrator to support the office and design studio across various departments including general office support, marketing, finance and the design studio where needed.

·       Provide overall administration support ensuring the office runs smoothly

·       Acting as first point of contact

·       Being the ‘go to’ person for the team

·       Assisting with quotes, invoicing and finance admin

·       Assisting with presentations and marketing collateral

·       Supporting Business Development team with new leads and dealing with enquiries

·       Liaising with warehouse and clients regarding deliveries and installations

·       Managing the database

Administrator skills and requirements:

·       Must have some previous administration experience in an office environment

·       Excellent organisational skills

·       Strong multi-tasker and communicator with a confident ‘can do’ approach.

·       Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel and Word

·       A tenacious and hungry approach looking for somewhere long term

·       Can work on your own initiative and be calm in a fast paced environment.

It would be great if you have worked in a design, property or creative industry before so you can really hit the ground running.

The salary is £22,000 - £23,000 plus an excellent benefits package
