Team Leader - International Law Firm - Up to £50,000 - 12 month FTC

My client, an outstanding law firm with an excellent international reputation, is currently on the lookout for a Team Leader to supervise a team of AA's across their core practice groups.

This particular firm are based within the heart of the City and are renowned for the level of investment they put into their employees at all levels! This role is working 9:30am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday and is ideal for any experienced Team Leader / Coordinator.

The Duties include:

*Organizes, assigns, delegates, and coordinates the work of the team to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner.
*Responsible for training new team members and providing ongoing support.
*Continuously works to raise awareness regarding all resources and practices available to the team.
*Tracking of all service requests through ticketing system to ensure skills and capacity for work requested. Provides reports to management regarding requests made.
*Counsels and coaches team regarding lateness, absences from desks, and team work capabilities.
*Completes special projects regarding various issues as needed.
