A fantastic opportunity to join a privately owned finance firm based in the city of London. The role is a PA/OM position that will be directly supporting the owner of the organisation and also the Technical Director. The organisation is small therefore candidates need to happy and comfortable in this environment.
The successful candidate will have advanced MS office skills; Word, PowerPoint and Excel and also to help with creating brochures and editing documents. You will also have fantastic attention to detail and be muck in with a flexible attitude.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Liaison with Couriers
- Making travel arrangements for staff
- Overseeing IT issues and liaison with IT support company
- Purchasing stationery and other office supplies
- Liaison with cleaning company
- Meeting and greeting with refreshments
- Organising meetings
- Managing staff calendars and monitoring leave
- Health and safety at work policy
- Personal Assistant support
The role will be paying £30,000 - £35,00 depending on experience!
