Corporate Legal PA - International Law Firm

Legal PA International Law firm - Corporate Law - Paying up to £38,000

My client, an international law practice based in the heart of the City, are currently looking for a bright, ambitious and competent Legal PA to join their growing Corporate team. This particular firm are ideally looking for candidates with around 3/4 years experience with a sparky/enthusiastic attitude in order to be of a similar level to other individuals within this particular team.

The successful Legal Secretary / Legal PA will be joining a firm with one of the most widely respected names in the legal world.

The successful Legal Secretary / Legal PA will be supporting an allocation of 2 Partners and 3 Fee Earners of varying levels and therefore will ideally have at least 3 years experience working for a recognised law practice with at least some exposure to Corporate/Financial Services law whilst possessing the following attributes/experience:

- At least 3 years professional experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA
- A secretarial qualification (ILEX, Pitmans, Quest, RSA or equivalent)
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages in a professional capacity
- Experience of using digital dictation
- Experience of Billing
