PA

We have a unique PA opportunity for a family run business, based in a boutique private office in the heart of West London. As PA you will be splitting your time between the dynamic MD and Chairman with their busy and ever changing days. They are looking for an experienced, confident and discreet PA with fantastic written and verbal communication skills. You will be working alongside another PA so you must be a flexible team player and also happy to get your head down and work independently when needed. Your key role in the office will cover both business and private PA support so you must have an extremely flexible attitude to work and be happy to assist with any ad hoc requests which arise. The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet is a must. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; inbox management, complex travel and hotel bookings, booking meetings, arranging conference calls and diary management. The family have numerous properties abroad so as their PA you must be comfortable working with international time zones and a wide variety of personalities. A confident yet relaxed attitude is essential, and you need to be able to handle lots of last minute changes in a fast paced environment. The position offers a discretionary bonus and 27 days holiday (plus bank holidays). No two days will be the same! You must have at least 5+ years’ experience within a small office or private office and be able to demonstrate longevity and commitment to your roles.
