I have the pleasure of working with a cool, extremely well-known production house based who are looking to welcome in an experienced Office Manager to cover a maternity contract of 10- 12 months! This company creates some very well-known TV programmes and you will get to witness these first hand! They are based within North London, with amazing offices that have just been refurbished plus some awesome benefits to match.
Your day-day as the Office Manager of this London office will consist of managing 3 Runners and a Receptionist, being the main point of contact for any maintenance or facilities issues, ordering supplies and being in charge of all accounts and subscriptions. You will be the main key holder of the office and also make sure the fire/health and safety training for staff is up to date. You will get to put your stamp on the office by making it homely and also organised all staff socials!
To be considered for the role you will need at least 3 years of previous office management experience in a similar creative industry and have experience managing staff.
