Role: Junior Personal Assistant
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Westminster, London, SW1
Salary: £30,000 gross per annum (DOE)
Start: September 2018
We are seeking a Junior PA to join a professional team to support two busy Principals based from their offices in Westminster, Central London.
You will report directly to the Principals’ Executive Assistant on a daily basis, your role will be to assist her to keep both the personal and professional lives of the two Principals organised and running seamlessly.
You will be contracted to work 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday. With flexibility outside of office hours for ad hoc requests on occasion.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 years’ experience either as a Office Assistant or PA, previous experience working within an office environment is essential. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment so someone with an unflappable, service orientated and efficient manner is imperative. You will be able to learn new skills quickly, be detail orientated and a fantastic multi-tasker.
In addition to the duties which this position normally entails there may from time to time be additional duties and this may include out of hours’ requests.

Duties;
- Provide refreshments (tea, coffee and water etc) to the Principals
- Collect lunch for the Principals
- Assist The Studio & Office Manager with preparation for meetings and tidying up afterwards
- Answer the intercom and direct visitors and couriers when necessary
- Filtering phone calls for the Principals and EA
- Adhoc errands
- Personal shopping
- Diary management and correspondence
- Personal RSVPs and scheduling appointments
- Preparing invitations and any required documents when requested
- Arranging personal travel including all holidays within the UK and overseas
- Business meetings/travel logistics and arrangements
- Assist with the management of the Principals two properties
- Liaise with household staff in respect of any matters relating to the children
- Assist with the filing and maintenance for both personal and household accounts
- Assist the EA with personal bank accounts including all household and personal bill payments
- Assist the EA with the maintenance of budget spreadsheets and financial record keeping
- Liaise with the in-house finance department
- Business calls/email correspondence on behalf of the Principals
- Filing of all personal and business paperwork
- Liaise with the office management team and relevant staff when necessary
- Arrange event travel transportation
- Assist with the organisation of internal events
To be considered for this role you must;
- Be fluent in English Language with excellent communication skills
- Be eligible to work within the UK
- Have excellent contactable references
- Have a minimum of 6 months working as a Private PA
- Have previous experience working within an office environment
