An opportunity for an experienced and creative Executive Assistant - working for a well-established global advisory firm, based in their silk and modern offices based in Central London.
The Role
They are looking for an Executive Assistant with exceptional all-round skills. Within this role you will be supporting one Partner and a wider team of ten with all diary and inbox management - in addition to supporting with events organisation and corporate hospitality management.
You must be able to work well under pressure, always be one step ahead and be used to working with big friendly characters with high expectations. You will enjoy a busy and varied day and embrace a full range of responsibilities that play to your strengths as an Executive Assistant.
Duties will include:
This is an opportunity for a professional Executive Assistant with 3+ years’ experience to make it their own and work collaboratively alongside two other existing Executive Assistants. You must be proactive, presentable and be used to dealing with clients - not fazed by communicating with large stakeholders.

- Coordination of all internal and external meetings
- Events management and logistics
- Overseeing all inbound calls and requests
- Processing all expenses, time sheets and invoices
- Preparing and collating internal and external documentation
- Managing contacts and relationships with key stakeholders
- General administration and secretarial support
