Lifestyle Admin Assistant
£24,000 per annum + Benefits

Diamond Holdings is a new start up family business focusing on investing in luxury property and businesses in the UK. Founded in late 2018, we are small team working to deliver the Company’s mission to establish a small investment office.
We are looking for a Lifestyle Admin Assistant to help with this.
Your job will be to support the two Senior Executives, who are very busy supporting the business and its demands. This role focusses on the lifestyle needs of the business and as such this role requires someone who has experience in a similar role to this already, who is confident, with clear and concise communication skills and has a reliable and up to date book of contacts within London.
Your role will be varied and fast paced and will be to handle a variety of tasks, lifestyle and otherwise.
- Meet and Greet Guests
- Book meeting rooms
- Booking restaurants, plays, shows etc
- Booking Hotels
- Setting up membership accounts for PMC’s
- Booking travel and holidays
- Produce detailed and accurate travel itineraries
- Running ad hoc errands such as picking up goods and delivering packages
- Any other adhoc projects that come up to support the business needs
