Recruitment Consultant – Fashion & Luxury Brand £20,000-27,000K, OTE £35,000-40,000 Location: Central London Permanent Key responsibilities: •Building a strong network of outstanding industry talents •Researching candidates using innovative online and offline tools •Mastering ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities •Taking ownership of the recruitment process by approaching candidates, organising interviews, serving as the main point of contact during the interview process, providing an excellent experience and developing a long-lasting relationship with candidates •Maintaining and updating the database Qualifications: •Educated to a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other qualifications. Postgraduate or Master degree would be preferable •1-3 years experience in recruitment or in commercial within luxury industry •High level of attention to detail •Proactive mind-set and ability to take the initiative •Excellent verbal and written skills needed •Intelligent, enthusiastic, confident and reliable team player who strives to provide a service that is second to none •A genuine interest in Fashion/Luxury is preferred •Fluent English, second language (Italian, French or Mandarin) is a plus Please send your CV for immediate consideration.
