You are needed for an exciting PA role within a highly reputable Architectural firm based in prestigious offices in Chelsea. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA who has gained experience within professional services. Exposure to indesign or photoshop is a bonus!

The Role

• Providing PA support to two Directors including; diary management, travel bookings, managing itineraries, booking meetings.
• Working in a UHNWI client facing capacity, being a point of contact in the Director's absence.
• Assisting with Architectural project support including managing all contact's in the directory, managing documentation etc.

The Person

• PA support experience ideally at Director level
• Experience within Professional Services
• Knowledge of Photoshop/Indesign - desirable
• A confident approach to tasks, ability to manage own workload and work in a role that requires confidentiality.
