An exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing team within the Knight Frank Global Headquarters, the Consultancy Subdivision is looking to recruit an exceptional Personal Assistant with Operational responsibilities to provide sole 121 support to the Head of Consultancy.

This role requires:

  • A highly proactive individual with a good sense of humour, who is able to hit the ground running and provide the full range of secretarial services including extensive diary and email management, domestic travel bookings, reporting and exceptional organisation skills.
  • The Subdivision consists of over 10 departments, and you will often be the first point of contact, acting as an ambassador at all times.
  • You will also be responsible for minute taking; monitoring accounts and assisting with ad hoc staff events.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A flexible, highly organised individual with an eye for detail and 3-5 years PA experience.
  • Exceptional time management skills are required in order to be proactive and reactive at the same time, whilst remaining calm and focussed under pressure.
  • The role would suit a strong communicator, capable of influencing others successfully, resilient, with a professional and helpful manner and a genuine interest in property.
