My client is a fast moving, well respected, high end financial Executive Search firm based in stunning offices in the City of London. They work with the highest calibre of professionals and clients include top investment banks. They are looking for a pro active, driven and ambitious PA/Office Manager to support the Founders of the company as well as manage the small, ever growing office of 10 people.

Main duties & responsibilities
- To support the Founders with PA duties including diary management, booking meetings and processing expenses
- Be the go to person for the office, ensuring the business is running smoothly at all times
- Leading projects such as office moves and refurbishment projects
- Organise company events and travel
- Help drive the marketing of the brand
Key skills & experience
- Experience working in a similar PA/Office Manager position
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
