This is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of London’s largest independent financial institutions that specialises in a variety of areas such as wealth management and trade finance. Our City based client is looking for someone to come on board and assist with HR. They are looking for a confident individual to step right into the role and become a key member of this wonderful team.
The Role
This is an exciting and varied role working closely with the head of HR. You will be providing administrative support as well as aiding with projects. As well as your position as HR administrator you will be assisting with front of house.
Duties include-
Our client is looking for a confident and bright individual whose is ready to get stuck in and help with all things HR. You must have great HR coordination and be familiar with the processes. To do well in this role you will be proactive, hard working and show a strong sense of initiative.
Experience-

- Scanning and filing
- Trial and implementation of electronic systems
- Updating HR operations
- Assisting with training courses
- Benefits admin
- Providing front of house cover when needed
