Description

Our client is a FTSE 250 global recruitment company, looking to recruit a permanent Team Administrator to support large team consisting of Directors, Senior Managers, Managers and Consultants. Duties include:

  • Producing weekly reports in Excel.
  • Checking that every candidate placed is compliant and has "Right to Work", references, etc.
  • Scanning information into the database.
  • Data entry.
  • Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
  • Answering the team's phone, taking detailed messages and emailing relevant team members.
  • Arranging travel and hotel bookings.
  • Completing new starters and leavers forms.
  • Printing and binding.
  • Managing incentive schemes on behalf of the team.
  • Assisting with the organisation of events.
  • Covering Reception as and when required.
  • Ordering business cards.

Profile

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Have previously worked in an office environment in an administration role.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
  • Be a good team player.
  • Have excellent organisational, time management and multi tasking skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines, set.
  • Have good attention to detail.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Job Offer

On offer is a salary of £25,000 + fantastic benefits package. Hours are 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
