Our client is a boutique asset management firm in the heart of Mayfair. They urgently require a degree educated team assistant to help run the office, organise international travel, assist with events and carve out their own role in a collaborative environment.
You will work closely with the Accounts team in preparing invoices, dealing with expenses and tracking budgets. Alongside this, you will work with the New York team to deal with new starters, assist with HR On boarding and generally be the "go to" person in the London office.
This has the potential to evolve as the company grows. They are a friendly and dynamic team culture where hard work is valued.
The ideal team assistant will have a minimum of 4 years working experience since university and will be able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail, given the nature of this Financial firm.
