International Sales Assistant/PA - Media

Exciting and varied dual role working for an International Media company!  The successful person will support the International Sales Director in all aspects of international advertising sales – from analysing prospects and generating leads to preparing and following up pitches to agencies and clients across all products and markets, collaborating with colleagues around the world.  You will also provide PA support to selected members of the leadership team. 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• To support the international sales director in achieving revenue targets
• To coordinate and manage preparation of cross-country sales collateral
• To analyse media data and post campaign results
• To create and format PowerPoint presentations
• To build relationships internally and externally to ensure optimum access to resource and outstanding customer service
• To collect UK sales materials and update international overseas sales team on a monthly basis
• To assist selected members of the ad leadership team. Tasks include:

• diary management
• travel arrangements, bookings and itineraries
• submitting expense claims
• meeting bookings.
• Support during department projects, awards and events where needed

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage their own workload effectively and assess priorities to meet conflicting deadlines, you will have excellent organisation skills, be reliable, proactive and professional with a flexible style.  Strong service mentality, answering queries promptly and professionally within the organisation and externally is key!
