This leading business advisory firm, with offices in the heart of the City, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their busy administration team.

Providing proactive support with a wide range of office duties, responsibilities of the Office Assistant will include:

*Preparing client mail outs
*Liaising with suppliers to order stationery and office equipment
*Supporting the Finance team with billing and invoicing queries
*Assisting the Facilities and Building Management teams
*Covering Reception for the first half hour of each day, and to cover absence and
annual leave
*Administrative tasks such as the binding, photocopying and scanning of documents

Office Assistant - What we're looking for:

*Experience of working within an office environment and undertaking administrative
tasks is essential
*Exposure to a Professional Services or corporate environment
*A proactive and adaptable working style
*Some previous Reception experience would be advantageous
*Excellent client facing and communication skills
*Proficiency in MS Office Suite
