As Admin & Key Account Officer, you will be working alongside a small in their office in Park Royal.

My client is a Global Media company.

Description

The key responsibilities but are not limited to are as follows:

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintain financial accounts, generate invoices and recover payments
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
  • Be the first point of contact for all Admin & HR - related queries and dealing with outsourced HR and facility management companies
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAGE

Profile

The Admin & Key Account Officer will possess the following:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Well presented, articulate and a good command of the English language - both verbal and written
  • Previous exposure in an administrative role
  • Self-starter with a proactive and positive approach
  • Excellent organisation skills and impeccable attention to detail

Job Offer

This Admin & Key Account Officer is a temp-perm position working for a Global Media company based in Park Royal.

Hours of work are: 10 - 6, Monday - Friday
