Main Responsibilities

  • Conducting project and departmental audits, issuing audit reports and Corrective Action Requests in line with Company procedures
  • Ensuring Corrective Actions are addressed and completed within agreed time frames, following up on any outstanding items
  • Gather and update statistics spreadsheets and forwarding to the Quality Manager
  • Document review
  • Maintain hard and soft copy filing
  • Provide confidential administrative support to HR and Legal when required
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required

  • Build relationships internally and with wider Group companies, always being responsive and helpful to all
  • Show willingness to gain understanding of the business and individual departmental context
  • Willingness to travel overseas if required
  • Complete own work under minimal supervision or guidance but have the ability to seek clarification when needed
  • Use initiative when dealing with novel or difficult situations, seeking help when required
  • Be an active team player who can confidently communicate to colleagues and others

Person Specification Essential experience:

  • 2-3 years previous office experience
  • Practical working level of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good grammar and numeracy
  • Experience of effectively working to deadlines and under pressure
  • Organised and confident, having good interpersonal skills and an approachable demeanour
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Be able to prioritise workload, complete and meet tight deadlines
  • Be self-motivated and have confidence in own ability
  • Ability to multi-task
