Team Assistant

A really fantastic opportunity has opened for a Team Assistant to join this dynamic and rapidly expanding start-up company. Based in a cool converted warehouse in West London, you need to be confident and sparky with a creative mind. Ideally you should have had a year's office experience and are now looking to hit the ground running in the next step of your career. Supporting two delightful founders, you will be joining a small and fun team. As Team Assistant you will be booking meetings, taking minutes and sending emails on behalf of the Founders. You must have a flexible approach to work as you will be involved in both large scale projects and small errands like restaurant bookings and keeping the fridge well stocked! No two days will be the same. This is an informal and friendly environment and you will be responsible for welcoming visitors to the office. You should be well presented, warm and have a positive attitude. The right person should have their finger on the pulse of cultural trends and an interest in the entertainment industry. Strong writing skills are an extra plus! Lovely benefits include a pension, drinks every Friday and attendance to some exciting client events and festivals.
