A global investment bank with a robust reputation has a fantastic opportunity for a fluent French speaking Team Assistant to join the busy London office. Your role will be to provide seamless PA/Secretarial support to a group of senior managers in one of the busiest divisions of the investment bank.

This role requires highly skilled and organised French speaking Team Assistant with exposure in working within a similar international, multitasking, fast-paced environment providing PA/Secretarial support and taking initiative in order to ensure a smooth running of the department and that all managers are kept abreast of their ever-changing schedules which includes inbox management, organising and preparing national and international business travel, managing meetings, diaries as well as other ad-hoc office support duties.

Offering a great salary and benefits package, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced French speaking Team Assistant to join a global investment firm and requires a candidate with a high level of autonomy and urgency who can hit the ground running! As well as speaking fluent French, the ideal candidate must be a dynamic team player, with strong attention to detail, who is able to take initiative in addressing challenging tasks. Owing to the nature of the role, candidates must possess proven experience working within a similar Team PA / Team Secretary / Personal Assistant position within a busy, multinational investment banking or financial services environment.

Profile

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience working as a PA, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Team Secretary or Team PA
  • Proven experience in the finance or banking sector
  • Experience of supporting senior managers within a global, professional services environment
  • Experience of working within an investment banking or financial services environment preferable
  • Excellent IT skills - Microsoft office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Organised, team-player, accurate, friendly
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail, ability to work independently
