Clinic Coordinator/Quality Assistant
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join a small and friendly clinical administration team. Working in a close knit, vibrant and friendly team, you will be organised, professional, extremely hard-working, easy-going and keen to progress your career in a fast-growing clinical environment.
Clinic Coordinator/Quality Assistant Responsibilities
Some of your main responsibilities will include;
- Clinic management
- Clinic optimisation and process improvement
- Best practice and good governance protocol management with Practice Manager
- General administration
- Patient and vendor liaison
- Other ad-hoc requests to support team and practice
Clinic Coordinator/Quality Assistant Experience
This role will suit an administrator with previous experience working within a client focused environment. Candidates with experience working within healthcare and or compliance will have an obvious advantage.
The team work in pleasant offices with extensive patient contact. It’s a hard-working but sociable environment where people work hard and take great pride in what they do.

Location
This role will be based in Central London, W1. The offices can be most easily reach via the Bakerloo, Central, Victoria and Jubilee lines.
The offices are attractive, and the clinics are held in an old town-house. There are lots of stairs! The people and the aims of the business are inspirational, and the best part of the role is the variety and great reputation of the practice.
The clinic is open 8 am – 7 pm and shifts vary from 8 am – 4pm, 10 am – 6 pm and 11 am – 7 pm. You will be required to work on Saturday morning every three weeks. The Saturday shift is 9am – 2pm. This is paid as overtime.
