Our fast-paced and buzzy Estate Agency client is seeking an enthusiastic 2nd jobber for their Administrative Assistant vacancy. £24K DOE + commission (on target earnings).

It is an exciting time to join the online estate agency as it is rapidly growing and expected to double in the next year. They therefore have great progression prospects and the client is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is organised, driven, interested in property and hungry to learn!

There are currently 5 people in the company but the Founder owns two other companies which are based in the same office. It is a jovial and sociable office of 30 people across all three businesses.

Role: Administrative Assistant
Salary: approx. £24k DOE plus on target earnings - this is a great incentive for staff
Hours: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri; 10am-2:30pm every 6th Saturday
Benefits: 25 days holiday + office closure over Xmas, quarterly staff events, ad hoc lunches
Start: ASAP

Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Take incoming phone calls and taking down accurate messages
  • Setting up meetings and managing the Head of Sales diary
  • Drawing up and sending out Sale Agreements
  • Chase up on viewings/arrangements
  • Organise photos and floorplans for properties via 3rd party sources
  • Creating daily KPi's using excel
  • Keeping tabs on each property's timeline
  • Creating and uploading property details on Vebra
  • Updating vendors/buyers
  • Chase for feedback after viewings
  • Updating the company's database
  • General administrative assistant tasks
  • Support to the busy Sales team and be a pivotal part of generating more revenue and business

Successful Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills, in particular Excel & PowerPoint
  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team
  • Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • At least one year's experience in an admin role
