This is an amazing opportunity to join a boutique investment bank in Mayfair as an admin assistant supporting the Infrastructure, Transportation and Utilities team of 20. This is a true "foot in the door" role for someone who wants to get into financial services and really build on their admin/secretarial experience and grow within the company. Full training will be given on the job working closely with the Executive Assistant in the department. Hours 9am – 5pm but flexibility is essential
What you'll do
The admin assistant will provide solid admin support to a busy team and basic PA support to a number of VP’s Associates and Analysts within the team
To be successful, you must be flexible, proactive and a great team player who is willing to go above and beyond for the team as required. A secretarial qualification is desirable

What you'll do
The admin assistant will provide solid admin support to a busy team and basic PA support to a number of VP’s Associates and Analysts within the team
- Compiling expense reports
- Photocopying, printing and binding of presentations ready for meetings
- Diary and meeting coordination
- Booking travel
- Data input – client business cards
- Telephone coverage for the team
- Assisting the team with any research as required
- Assisting with adhoc projects as required
To be successful, you must be flexible, proactive and a great team player who is willing to go above and beyond for the team as required. A secretarial qualification is desirable

- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Take instruction and run with it but prepared to work under supervision
