An exciting opportunity has become available for a corporate Receptionist to join a leading financial company based in Bank.
Role Duties:
- Receiving visitors for meetings and informing colleagues of their arrival
- Answering all external and internal calls from the switchboard efficiently and accurately
- Answering queries from the Info Box
- Producing place cards and menus for lunches and dinners
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a corporate reception environment is essential
- Competent in all Word/Excel
- Knowledge of room booking systems
- Good communication skills
- Professional and well presented
- Mature and confident in dealing with individuals as well as large groups of people
- Good attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside of office hours, when required.
