Marketing and Communications Assistant

Our client, a property development company are currently looking for an enthusiastic Team Administrator to join their communications and marketing team on a permanent basis. Based in stunning offices in south west London, the successful candidate will be joining dynamic team in a fast paced but supportive environment.

This is a really exciting time to join the company as they redevelop a listed building and immediate surroundings into what will be the most sought after part of London, both for residential and retail purposes.

This role will suit candidates who ideally have Team Assistant support and an interest in PR.

Duties to include:

• Support the comms team of 4 and marketing team of 5
• Diary management, data management and management of
• Processing expenses
• Management of the press office inbox
• Coordination of all corporate entertainment, including the logistics and management of relevant programmes
• Liaising with clients and the media on behalf of the team
• Ad hoc research required for pitching to new businesses
• Creating Powerpoint presentations
• Drafting press releases and sending marketing materials
• Providing support to other teams when necessary
• Writing press summaries
• Monitoring press coverage and major newswires and online media
• Assisting with the organisation and ad hoc administration for both teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience within an office experience essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Degree educated, PR/Marketing related desirable
• Hardworking, flexible, adaptable and proactive
• Enthusiastic team player
• Organised and flexible in working hours during busy periods
