Team Assistant in Private Equity- West End

Team PA in Private Equity required in Central West End in a boutique office of 10 people to include one other PA. This is a team PA role supporting a senior Partner, Investment Manager and a couple of Analysts. The role involves a lot of travel coordination, mainly to Europe and Africa as well as diary management, organising investor events, preparing reports and client research. Knowledge of Salesforce would also be highly desirable.

Previous team secretarial within a corporate environment is essential. You will be hard working and enjoy  PA work. Experience within a financial environment is ideal but prior small company experience is preferable,

Hours are 9-6pm and benefits include 23 days holiday, health and travel insurance and a discretionary bonus too.  Immediate start.
