We have a fantastic creative agency who work in the fashion sector in need of an experienced PA to look after the President of the agency.

They are a fantastic agency with a client list of who’s who in the fashion world.  Her schedule is incredibly busy so it’s complex diaries and travel coordination, always thinking ahead, pre-empting problems and solving them before they’ve happened.  They are a small busy team so you'll also be assisting with new business, client liaison, studio and project support.  You need to be able to think on your feet, be a whizz on MS Office and excellent with clients and piers using your exceptional communication skills.  The agency is fast paced so you need to be used to the pressure and working in a busy environment with proven extensive experience supporting Directors.
