HR Operations Manager - Battersea

My client is seeking a HR Operations Manager for their vibrant, professional and dynamic company! This is an opportunity of working for a global company within the beauty industry. Seeking someone with proven HR experience.

Location: Battersea, London

Salary Expectation: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + bonus

Job Description:

• Being the main point of contact for my HR queries or questions
• Running the day to day operations for employee inductions, performance, training, ER and immigration
• Heading up the recruitment process, managing a Recruitment Administrator
• Tracking and monitoring HR KPI's

Skills and personal attributes:

• At least 3 years all round HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation's
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ideally Level 5 CIPD qualified
